Guessing your size is a gamble.

Measuring yourself is five minutes of effort that saves years of disappointment.

Let’s do it properly.

What You’ll Need

  • A soft measuring tape

  • A mirror

  • A normal standing posture (relax)

No sucking in. This isn’t a dating profile.

Chest Measurement

  1. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest

  2. Keep it snug, not tight

  3. Stand naturally

Write it down. Don’t trust memory.

Shirt Length

  1. Measure from the highest shoulder point

  2. Go straight down to where you want the shirt to end

Too short looks accidental. Too long looks lazy.

Shoulder Width

Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across your back.

This is the difference between sharp and sloppy.

Final Thought

If you measure once, you shop confidently forever.

Your future self will thank you.
