How Shipping Works
Every PureSarcasm item is made-to-order, on-demand by our print partner. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you to want it. You order, we print, you get it. No fast-fashion landfill, no leftover inventory destined for the dumpster.
Free Shipping on Every US Order
No minimums. No "free shipping if you spend $75" gimmicks. No surprise fees at checkout. Every order ships free within the United States.
How Long Does It Take?
Total delivery time = production + shipping. Here's the realistic breakdown:
- Production: 2–7 business days. Apparel typically prints faster (2–5 days). Mugs, tumblers, and all-over-print items can take a touch longer (3–7 days). Larger orders may need a couple extra days.
- US shipping: 3–5 business days after production, via USPS or UPS Ground depending on what's fastest from the production facility nearest you. Tracking information arrives by email the moment it ships.
- Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from the moment you click "buy."

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. That includes:
- All 50 states (continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii)
- Puerto Rico
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
International shipping isn't available right now. We know, we know. Working on it.

The cost you see at checkout is the cost you pay. No customs fees, no import taxes, no surprise add-ons at delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email you used at checkout. You can also find tracking info in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.
If you don't see the tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder before sounding the alarm. If it's still missing, email us and we'll resend it.
Note: Tracking can sometimes lag a day or two behind reality, especially during high-volume periods. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days but your delivery window hasn't passed, give it a beat — the package is usually moving even when the system says otherwise.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with multiple production facilities, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each shipment. This is normal and not a sign that something has gone wrong.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and any package locker or mailroom you might use.
- Look around the property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots.
- Wait 24 hours. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually drop them off.
- If still missing, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a search.
- If the carrier can't locate it, email us within 14 days of the marked-delivery date and we'll work with our production partner to send a replacement.
Packages confirmed delivered to the correct address but stolen by porch pirates aren't covered by our replacement policy, but reach out anyway — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Address?
Once an order has shipped, we can't change the delivery address. Double-check your shipping address before placing the order — zip code, apartment number, the works. Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped, but a reshipping fee may apply.
If you spot an address mistake immediately after ordering (within 1–2 hours, before production starts), email us right away and we'll do our best to update it.
Carrier Delays Beyond Our Control
Weather, holiday rushes, carrier capacity issues, and the occasional package that takes a scenic route through three different states are all outside our control. If your delivery is more than 5 business days past the estimated window, email us and we'll investigate.
Holiday and Peak-Season Shipping
Around major holidays — Black Friday through New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day — production and transit times can both stretch by 1–3 extra business days. If you need a gift to land by a specific date, plan to order at least 2 weeks ahead. For Christmas specifically, we recommend ordering by December 5.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, take a photo and email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.
