How to Return Stuff

1️⃣ Change of heart?

Every item is custom-made just for you when you order, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Double-check sizes, colors, and designs before you hit that buy button — we want you to love it on the first go!

2️⃣ Received a dud or damaged item?

We got you.

  • 📸 Snap a few clear pics of the issue.

  • 📩 Email us within 14 days of delivery.

  • 🛠 We’ll handle it with our production partner.

Depending on your preference, you’ll get a replacement or a full refund.

3️⃣ Didn’t get your order?

If the carrier goofed or your address was incorrect, the package usually boomerangs back to our partner within ~14 days.
Once it’s back, you’ll be contacted about reshipping (additional charges may apply).

4️⃣ Wrong size?

We typically don’t do size swaps since your item was made just for you — you’d need to place a new order. That said, reach out anyway — we’re humans, not robots. Depending on the situation, we might be able to help.

5️⃣ Lost in transit?

Tracking went MIA? Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
If it’s officially lost, we’ll send you a replacement — no extra charge.
