Shipping Deets
The TL;DR
- Free shipping on every US order. No minimums. No surprises.
- Made-to-order, on-demand. Production: 2–7 business days.
- US shipping after production: 3–5 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order placement.
- Tracking sent by email the moment it ships.
- US shipping only — international not available yet.
How long will it take?
Your order is printed just for you when you order. That means production takes 2–7 business days before anything ships. Apparel typically prints faster (2–5 days). Mugs, tumblers, and all-over-print items can take a touch longer (3–7 days). Larger orders may need a couple extra days.
Once it ships, US delivery takes another 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
Heads up: these are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holiday rushes, and the occasional package that takes a scenic route through three states are outside our control.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. It's free. No minimums, no "free shipping if you spend $75" gimmicks, no surprise add-ons at delivery. Free standard shipping on every US order, every time, period.
Where do you ship?
The United States only. That includes:
- All 50 states (continental US, Alaska, Hawaii)
- Puerto Rico
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- US territories (Guam, USVI, etc.)
International shipping isn't available right now. We know, we know. Working on it.
Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder before sounding the alarm.
Tracking can sometimes lag a day or two behind reality, especially during high-volume periods. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days but your delivery window hasn't passed, give it a beat — the package is usually moving even when the system says otherwise.
Multiple items, multiple packages
We use a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with multiple production facilities. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. This is normal — not a sign that something's gone wrong.
Lost or stolen?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and household members first. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If they can't locate it, email us within 14 days of the marked-delivery date and we'll work with our production partner to send a replacement.
Wrong address?
Once an order ships, we can't change the delivery address. Double-check your shipping address before placing the order — zip code, apartment number, the works. Returned packages can be reshipped, but a reshipping fee may apply.
Spotted a mistake right after ordering? Email us within 1–2 hours (before production starts) and we'll do our best to fix it.
Holidays and peak season
Around major holidays — Black Friday through New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day — production and transit times can both stretch by 1–3 extra business days. Need a gift to land by a specific date? Order at least 2 weeks ahead. For Christmas, order by December 5.
Damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, take a photo and email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
