How long does shipping take?

We know, waiting is the worst. Your order typically ships within 2-5 business days for production, then another 3-10 days for delivery depending on where you are in the US.

You'll get a tracking number once it ships, so you can obsessively refresh the page like the rest of us.

Why is shipping taking so long?

Each item is made-to-order just for you. We don't keep warehouses full of stuff hoping someone buys it. This means less waste, better quality, and yes—a bit more patience required on your end.

Think of it as anticipation building. Like Christmas, but you actually get something you wanted.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it! Right now we only ship within the US. We're planning to expand worldwide soon because sarcasm is a universal language. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we go global.

What's your return policy?

Since everything is made-to-order specifically for you, we can't accept returns just because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size (please check the size chart, we beg you).

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Contact us with photos within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a size chart. Please, for the love of all that is holy, actually look at it. Measure a shirt you already own and love, then compare. We use standard US sizing, but numbers are meaningless if you don't check the actual measurements.

When in doubt, size up. Slightly oversized is a vibe. Too tight is just uncomfortable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

First, take a deep breath. Then take photos of the damage (the item and packaging). Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and those photos. We'll either send a replacement or refund you—your choice.

We're not monsters. Mistakes happen and we fix them.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have about 2 hours after ordering to contact us for changes or cancellation. After that, production starts and we can't stop it. It's like trying to un-bake a cake—physics doesn't work that way.

So double-check your order before you hit that button.

Where are your products made?

Our products are printed and fulfilled by professional production partners in North America, Central America, Europe, and in some cases Asia. We route your order to the facility that makes the most sense for your location and product type.

Everything is made-to-order, which means zero inventory waste. The planet thanks you.

What's the quality like?

We only work with premium blanks and high-quality printing methods. Our apparel is soft, durable, and actually comfortable to wear repeatedly (because that's kind of the point of clothes).

If you've ever bought cheap merch that fell apart after two washes, this isn't that.

How do I wash my items?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do NOT iron directly on the print unless you want a modern art disaster.

Basically, treat it like you'd treat any clothes you actually care about.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but we're working on it. In the meantime, just send someone the link and hope they take the hint. Or buy them something and pray you guessed their size right.

I never got a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Check your spam folder first—email providers are suspicious of everyone these days. If it's not there, contact us with your name and order details and we'll look into it.

If you were charged, your order exists. We'll find it.

Why don't you have more designs?

Quality over quantity. Every design is carefully crafted, not randomly generated by an algorithm hoping something sticks. We add new stuff regularly, so follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter if you want first dibs.

Can I suggest a design idea?

We love hearing from creative minds! Send your ideas to our email or DM us on social media. We can't promise we'll use them (legal stuff, creative direction, etc.), but we genuinely read everything.

If we do create something inspired by your idea, we might just hook you up with a discount.

How do I contact you?

Email is fastest. You can also reach us on social media, but response times vary depending on how chaotic the DMs are that day. We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days.

Please don't call us at 3am. We're not that dedicated.
